I own this house for over 3 years now and all i have been having is water leaks and neibours complaint about the banging noise while we are just walking in the house. These house are not built with proper sound proofing nor there was any workmanship..the lamanate flooring was layed out by them have gaps all around it.. i will never ever ever buy a house from this builder again!!!!!!!!!!!!
