Let’s begin with the fact that these people need to learn how to use a level and how to connect pipes!! Our contractor hired this company and we have had plumbing nightmares throughout our house as a result of their work. Examples: Toilet in the powder room leaking into the work room light fixture below; bathtub in the master ensuite leaking into the kitchen below, resulting in our having to remove newly installed and painted drywall to correct the extensive damage; vanity sink leaking into a drawer; vessel sink leaking into the cabinet below and all over the granite surface; the laundry tub was not draining due to the fact that the pipes were installed such that the water drained away from the p-trap rather than towards it; The sump pump discharge ABS pipes were inadequately connected causing them to sever at a coupling resulting in the flooding of that area of the basement. And these are just a few examples of the nightmare we have experienced over the past 6 months. Sadly, these multiple mistakes leave us wondering what might next go wrong. Stay as far away from this company as you possibly can!
