Beware in there. He offers little less than the elite roofing companies in Winnipeg to replace you roof, and then once he opens the job he claims he changed a large number of plywood sheets and charge you $80/each. He informed me during the job that he will replace 11 sheets and then invoiced for 18 sheets ($560 difference). He initially offered not to charge for a minor roof repair that he did in the past if I replaced the roof with him and now bulling me by text messages that I need to pay for that minor repair as well (even though he put it at no charge on the invoice). He also wanted to charge 2.5% extra if I pay my balance by credit card and never mentioned this before and not written on the signed agreement
