Had a maintance contract with this company for almost 10 years. The tech comes every 3 months. Never mentioned anything need to be changed. But I had to replace the same heat pump twice during t the 10 years. Every time it was a sudden death of the pump. Recently another HVAC unit was leaking badly after maintenance was done just 1 month ago. They have to replace parts. Finally fire them. Stay far far away.

I hired Black & McDonald to install an air conditioner for our home last year. They were quick, professional, and nonetheless provided quality work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to install air conditioners or heaters
