I bought a Yardworks 12A / 20-in Electric Snowthrower in January 2013 to use on my walkway and deck. I have used it around a dozen times so far and the drive belt has broken 4 times so far. Basically every 3rd or 4th time I've used it, I had to replace the belt. It takes almost an hour to change the belt each time. What's more, Sunrise Global Marketing considers this to be "normal" wear and tare, charging me over $20 each time to send a replacement. I am very disappointed with the low quality of the product but even more disappointed, even disgusted, with this company not honoring their warranty. Never again I will buy a product from this company.
