Make sure you give us a call the next time you need a furnace tune up and ask about our hot water tank maintenance, quite often we have specials combining the two! Yearly, preventative, maintenance will prevent that kind of sediment buildup and keep the tank operational for many more years to come! We want our customers to be informed! We love it when our customers are able to learn something from our technicians and we always want to make sure you know exactly what we're fixing. We also make sure you've got a firm price - IN WRITING - before we even start. No, we don't do phone quotes (I like to call them guesses. . . unless a tech sees the job, until you have a price in writing, a best guess is all it can be! Expect phone quotes from many companies to rise dramatically by the end of most calls) but we do offer 100% accurate, firm, upfront pricing. Thanks again Tom!

Our honesty and quality of work is what we pride ourselves on: Honesty, in that we'll never have any hidden charges- you know EXACTLY what you're going to pay, in writing (and that's the big difference) BEFORE we start. How else can you make an informed decision about what work to have done? And of course, the quality of work is important. Of course, to err is human and on a rare occasion we do need to return if the job hasn't been done right - but we keep coming back on OUR dime, not yours! That being said, you know you've picked a company that has stood the test of time (13 years... We're getting old!) and stuck around to honor the warranty's we guarantee! Keep the longevity of the company in mind the next time you're offered a decade's worth of warranty by one of the other guys!

One of our happy Furnace customers! Great to hear it's working well and that you're satisfied! Most of the time, people refer to us as Clearview Plumbing... but that only tells a third of the story! Some companies specialize in a single area, we cover all of our customers issues - Plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning), as well as Drain Cleaning and inspection. I'd also like to note, for any of our potential consumers reading the comments, it says the approximate cost of services is $5.20, obviously not the case, closer to the $5,200 range for that high efficiency furnace and the rest of the factors in the installation - I only note that because we like to be up front and honest with our prices! No inflated quotes after the job is done, or an hourly rate with who knows how many hours the job will take. Just one flat price that our customer knows before we start, and THAT'S where we differ from the "other guys"!

Thanks for your kind words Chris! We love it when customers acknowledge not just the price, but the service they received! They say "You get what you pay for" and it certainly applies to plumbing and heating companies too! No, we won't be the cheapest. We wouldn't want to be! There are a few different mindsets on "cheap" companies, they're cheap in one of two ways: 1. Cheap phone quotes that will be grossly inflated after the technician sees the job (we like to call them guesses... you won't get any guesses with us, only written quotes that will tell you down to the penny how much the job will be BEFORE we start! Guaranteed!) or 2. Companies that will under-quote jobs - and be out of business before the year is done! We accurately quote the job, which is why we've been able to give you amazing service at great prices for over 13 years!!!

I can't think of anything worse than having a technician over to help you with a problem, only to listen to twenty minutes of upselling before the problem is solved! We like the way we conduct business - come to the jobsite, give you a firm written quote with OPTIONS to choose from - something not a lot of those other guys will do for you! We want YOU to make the decision about what repairs you have us do, as opposed to a Technician TELLING you what needs to be done, and how many extras need to be added in as well. Very happy we were able to help you out!

Nothing makes us at Clearview happier than hearing that not just one, but multiple technicians have been out to see a customer and getting great reviews for all of them! If we needed to have more than one technician at the jobsite, it usually means it was a bigger job that we (or even the customer) could have imagined! Quite often that leaves a bad taste in the customer's mouth, so to hear that you're still very happy with our service means to me that we're doing something very, very right!
