I called this company out to hydrojet our bathroom lines. They completed the work and left the sinks disconnected and unuseable. Once discovered I called later in the day to have this situation recitifed and spoke to someone who was going to contact their manager. I recevied no call back and had to call again the next day. I called their service line again the next day and was told we'd have to pay an after hours and emergency callout charge ... for their mistake. Totally unacceptable and not customer service in the least. Don't be fooled by previous "10s" and don't use this company.
