We hired Craig of Below Zero Heating as referred by our oil provider and we were happy we did. Craig was prompt and professional and showed a high level of expertise with our furnace install, chimney liner and chimney repair. Before hiring Craig on this job, he offered me (free) advice over the phone this summer on an A/C problem I was having. Although it was late in the day on a Friday and Craig was on his way to his cottage, he took the time to help, and even called back to see if I was OK.
