I purchased a Rosehaven expecting a different level of service and experience as they say and market for on their website and everywhere else. However I was disappointed over the course of time constantly.
The decor centre does not portray what you really get. More importantly I had some of the worst contractors to deal with when it came to repairs. Fireplace doesn't even work at times and though there was a 90% recall on them they refused to change mine.
One of the contractors that they should have probably crucified is the staining and painting company.
Complete garbage and disgusting workmanship.
I would suggest to always purchase a product that is seen rather than from a map.
