I should have known better when their pricing was so competitive.
Job was booked with a condition it'll get done by a certain date, it happened but was missing the doors and screens due to a "mistake" in size.
When they finally returned, the triple pane doors ended being double pane by mistake and were not replaced as promised as of now, 3 months after the job!
The "owner" went back on his word 3 times now leaving me with the wrong doors, oh and they also just charged the visa with no permission deciding they can just drop the price to double pane and go for it.
The smaller windows look like crap, connections, corners absolute amature job, their excuse was its the machine and manufacture. They actually sent a guy out to fix it, well he did absolute nothing so when I complained again they said they'll remake saches which if they did looks the exact same junk. On top of that they fog up and get super humid when the temperatures dropped!
Patio doors don't slide well and when "serviced" were hammered around to satisfy their guy but definitely not me, still sucks.
Locks on some windows aren't good and need lots of force.
This business is showing 3 times on google and the owner who should care for his clients doesn't return calls, avoid customers and when he does promise he never follows through.
Gurpreet, next time you promise something get it done.
Quality, delays, attitude is one thing, disrespect ignoring clients and not repairing your screw ups is simply a shame.
Definitely won't recommend.
