Terrible quality problems post covid. Buyer beware. Structural problems galore and horrible customer service just to start.

Have been waiting on Reid's for over two years, to build a townhome. To date - just a basement and 'stalled'. Communication with concierge (who are polite but non-committal) is horrid ' "don't call us, we'll call you" - only they don't. If this ever actually gets built, it will be 3 years from the date of purchase, and the realtor 'Stan' - promised, promised, promised that delays 'would never happen'. He- won't even answer e-mails anymore. I regret this purchase, more than I can say. Biggest mistake we've ever made. Mostly - we feel sick to our stomachs. Awful experience. Awful.

Reid's Heritage homes built our very first home, and we had great experience with them. We were pleased with the sales representative's advice and help through out the process. We had heard many horror stories, but the concerns that we were dreading, never arose. We were extremely pleased with the construction quality and their staff services.
