Kitchen Planning & Renovation review in

We had to use Prima Kitchen for our kitchen renovation when we bought our new home through the builder. What a disaster! We chose to have built in appliances, and despite giving them the EXACT measurements of the appliances, it took them 3 weeks, and about 4 visit to correct all of the mistakes!
The owners (Matt and Walter) dont seem to have any idea how to actually work with cabinets. If you do go with these guys, make sure you deal with Norm ^last name remived -- Ed¸(sp?)... he is the guy they sent to fix the several mistakes that the owners made, and once he came onboard, everything finally got fixed.
