I bought custom bed, a leather couch, ottoman, velvet chair, and MIRRORED COMMODE (2k) at the West Island. Within a year, blotches started showing up all over the drawers and side. The top intact. I called and their rep told me it is a best seller and no problems at all. It is completely unsightly. My entire house has mirrored furniture and all stayed nice. Then last year I had one of my bathrooms redone and the I asked the owner of the custom made shower company in Vaudreuil take a look at the dresser. He immediately said that this was the glue permeating from beneath the mirror. It creates blotches wherever there was glue. I am so disappointed as my entire house is perfect except for this massive, heavy fully blotched unsightly piece of furniture..The woman gave me a name of a company downtown to redo the entire piece and told me it is going to be pricey. No kidding, all the drawers and the side mirrors are affected. Now I will have to buy a new dresser after spending so much money on a lemon from Mobilia. Lesson learned. Don’t wait when you see something defective start happening. They just look at the date you purchased it and I am too late for them to do anything. If I knew that this thing was going to get progressively worse from year one from doing nothing to it, I would have never bought it. The rest of the items I purchased (about for 10k) was great but this defective item that I spent a great deal on, was a real lemon.

i just bought my furniture three weeks ago. so far today I'm still waiting delivery schedule. I put 25% down payment to get all furnitures in place and paid full amount five days ago, today I's still waiting a call to tell me when they will delivery my furnitures. Just delivery.

Please ask them all question before you put you $.

I am so impressed with the outstanding service I received from Mobilia Furniture. I had a problem with some furniture I purchased. Harvinder was excellent in resolving my concern. She is customer focused, has a wonderful attitude and has excellent follow up skills. I am a happy and now a loyal customer. I can honestly say, the best service I received in years. I also received great service from Cat at the Markham store. Donna

Ordered bedroom furniture with my favourite sales person Reshma( always happy to see me and always friendly and professional) furniture arrived ahead of schedule, the delivery guys set up was done thoroughly and just as I requested. took all the wrapping and boxes away and left me feeling very happy. Thank you MobiliA!

Bad Company ,Don't buy....Well the company operations are not well organized,very small operation in GTA .They dont have a clue about good customer service .Mobilia dosent have much staff to deal with customer issues and delivery /pickup is the worst.Please dont opt for this store to buy .Items are expensive for the kind of service they provide in toronto/mississauga.I have first hand experience on rude and dont care attitude from their staff.

We bought furniture from Mobilia for multiple bedrooms, dining room & family room. The best thing we got was personalized service from the sales agent at the Mississauga branch. Reshma helped us by going out of her way to support us after working hrs & on her days off during our visits from out of city. The products delivered as scheduled & met our expectations. The delivery people were exceptional in keeping the rooms clean & clearing all the boxes etc.

Visited the Montreal showroom in July. Fell in love with Winston dining table and Ritz chairs. Decided to order online...but before pulling the trigger, I checked out the reviews here. Almost decided to move on when I reread the reviews. Looked at other furniture store reviews and saw they were about the same. Decided to order anyway. No problem whatsoever. Delivery great. Product great. Price great.

I bought four dining chairs from Dixie showroom and picked up from warehouse. I found one of the chair legs was crooked (like a rocking chair). I returned it to the showroom immediately. Delphine was very helpful by lending me the floor display chair for temporary use. It was very quite for a while. I thought Mobilia won't care about the defected chair as they provided me a used one already. After 2 weeks, Delphine called me to pick up a brand new one for replacement. She demonstrated a responsible and professional customer services. In the pass, I have no trust on furniture company. Now, I can say Mobilia is
trustworthy and definitely would buy furniture from them again in future

The furniture is beautiful, however the customer service is horrible! Purchased a sofa bed for our office and we were told that the fabric can be treated so it's water resistant. The sales rep Richard actually showed us a sample of how the water just slides off the fabric and the fabric is not even wet!!! We were very impressed and purchased a light color sofa because we thought it will be protected from spills...Just yesterday after the treatment I tried spilling the same water on my couch and the couch soaked the water right through. I called the customer service, they told me to contact the sales rep. I contacted the manager of the store, Kelly, who laughed saying: "this is new for you, the couch is not rubber!" I am extremely disappointed and the amount of money this furniture was worth I expected a much better treatment of customers. It was a big mistake buying from this location, I should have contacted original sales rep that I normally go to in Mississauga, I think this wouldn't have happened with them.

I bought a sofa set and some dinner chairs and the sales process went smoothly with the sales associate being very helpful. However, the nightmare began with delivery scheduling. To make a long story short, I had to call multiple times to have the delivery scheduled and they did not bother returning my repeated calls. Delivery is supposed to be today btw 1315 and 1615 but I got a call at 1500 telling me they were running late and the driver would call me an hour before arriving but they were unable to provide even an estimated time. It is now 1730 still no call and it is a Friday evening so there goes my dinner plans. Weather conditions are fine outside and judging from the amount of similar comments I read on Mobilia delivery, one has to wonder what incentives the decision makers have in retaining the service of the same service provider. Someone from Mobilia management should look into this and see why a consistently poor performing contractor continues to get business from Mobilia esp when it is obvious that Mobilia is losing a lot of business due to poor delivery service.
