Kitchen, bathroom , lower level of house , floors counter tops to new Quartz tops new sinks kitchen bathroom

The bathroom final product is Fine some messy unfinished items. The overall project took forever due to the stone cutter having a broken machine. Sales safe/painter extremely rude( yes she was one and the same). All issues I.e. shower door hitting toilet needed to pointed out., although they were fixed once told it was unexceptablee. Sub-trades were very nice Renovating my kitchen now. Needless to say I have a new contractor. So far so good

a beautiful counter top with waterfall the sales rep racheal in red deer went beyound to make sure things were perfect the installers did a perfect job and fast i shopped around i believe i got the best price and quality in alberta

The granites were beautifully cut and installed. Staff of Granite Direct were friendly and helpful.

Well it was good just had a few problems with communication. Consultant left before work was complete. No one new what was going on. Had to do allot of phoning to get the work complete.

Granite counter tops were installed in these areas, colour was good, quality of the granite was okay, have some rough stops on the surface and underneath the overhang on the island

There is a very noticeable seem through the counter
The work was not completed when indicated it would be and the other trades were all set back - this occurred twice
There was no compensation for their repeated delays

Every countertop fitted perfectly & there was only one joint required & it is barely visible
I provided several layout drawings prior to the template being done.
I worked closely with Ray & he provided excellent service and Jeff coordinated the field crew to get the work done on schedule
The field crew did a great job & cleaned up after the install

We had our Kitchen renovated by Granite Direct. New cabinets - lowers are all drawers (love this) and uppers go to the ceiling - solid wood construction and beautifully made. New granite counter top also which is something we have always wanted. We love our new kitchen and would recommend Granite Direct to family and friends. Will definitely use them again ourselves.
