Dan and crew did a fabulous job putting up siding on front areas of my home as well as on the garage side. Dan is a craftsman - shows in the attention to detail. Extra touches and a thorough clean-up, so appreciated. Once all the decisions were made, work commenced and completed quickly. Reasons for choosing Fortress included a proposal that was well-thought out (Dan again); a reasonable cost, and previous work done. The second job was eavestrough and downspout replacement; little bit more effort getting this crew in, but once the job got going, work was done well with good clean-up. While the initial installation service was OK, I have had to have 4 major repairs done to the shingles they installed over a 6 year period (and had a bit of a fight to get some of it done under warranty). Poor quality of work done on my house.

I worked with Fortress recently to repair some hail damage, primarily on my house's soft metals (eaves, downspouts, window cladding).
I picked them as my contractor because of the good reviews people were writing. Fortress met my expectations, and was easy to work with. Easy to contact and discuss aspects of the job. The work was done to my satisfaction, and within the timeline that was promised. I will work with Fortress again in the future.

Hired them to repair shingle on my house. Competetive price and Work was done quickly and site was left clean. Only thing is they might send the bill before the work is done so wait until you have fully inspected the work. Will use them again if required.

We just had a new roof installed by Fortress. Everything about the experience was 5 star. The staff took the time to explain options and provide recommendations (and samples) for choosing the new roof material. The job was done neatly and the crew couldn't have been more pleasant. When something needed to be done (locating equipment, etc. on or near our property for example) they always consulted us. The quote was very well done, detailed and itemized. And everything was quoted - no hidden charges or surprises. When we compared Fortress' quote with other roofing jobs in our neighborhood we found it very fair. Recommendation: ask for their quote before making your final decision.

I needed siding to be done on my house , despite the fact that I was out of town and the weather was cold the installer still came out on time. Dan was very friendly and professional , I highly recommend this company .

We had hail damage and needed our roof re tiled. Mike and Carolyn answered all our questions quickly and efficiently. When we decided to go with there company they were roofing within a week and they completed the project in one day. Clean up was very good as well.
