Bland Brothers Roofing

Bland Brothers recently replaced our roof, and we were very happy with the product and the overall experience of working with them. Brian and the team were easy to work with, explained the options and benefits to us in an easy to understand manner, and completed a thorough, efficient job on schedule. We were also very happy with their site management, and cleanup, as it was obvious they respected our property. I would be happy to recommend Brian and his team to others looking to replace their roof. Great Work!

I can't say enough good things about Bland Brothers. They were recommended to me by another roofer who was retired - he said they were the best and honest. He was right. The work was excellent, on time, fast, and not a single corner cut. The family is amazing - helpful, kind, funny and courteous. I had a tight timeline and they helped me make it work and relieved my stress. I had a negative experience with another 'big name' contractor who tried to sell me on work that we very clearly did not need. If you want high quality workmanship, genuine honesty and a fair price, Bland Brothers is it.

I called Bland Brothers after discovering a leak in my ceiling. Unlike another "big name" company I also called for an estimate, Bland Brothers offered me several possible solutions at different price ranges. ( I opted to have a 2nd layer of shingles put on, flashing put on the valleys and chimney which a previous company had not done, and replacing the vents.) They were able to my job in promptly as well.
I expressed concern about the noise factor after a certain time since I work from home. The crew showed up 90 minutes earlier than at 1st promised and were cleaned up and gone by the time period in question. Now that's good customer service!
The roof looks great, the work is guaranteed, it fit within my budget and I'm one happy customer. When it comes time to have a complete new roof done... I'm calling Bland Brothers for sure!

I wanted to get some quotes on getting my roof shingled and my sister recommended Bland Brothers Roofing. They were quick to respond to my message and arrived for the appointment exactly as scheduled. Brian was helpful, courteous and I had my quote in short time. The price was fair and the contract clear. They did a great job and didn't try to sell me the store. Their staff were courteous and considerate and cleaned up as they went along.
