I am suprised to see this company is still in business. I to had a Future roof installed by Papco. After many night mares due to terrible instalation & further costs of hireing a roofing engineer I ended up sueing them. I made an out of court settlement & having the roof taken off & having to pay a further $20,000 for a new roof. Future roof is probable a great product if installed properly but if you see Papco run for the hills. My lawyer told me he knew of others that had sued them.
