I urge anyone who wants to install this permanent roof on your house, STOP and find the qualified roofer! The roof warrantied for 50 years,, becuase you will need it for 50 years. Our new permanent roof has been leaking every year after heavy rainfall in fall, so we have been using the warranty service every year. Now, our ceiling drywall is peeling, and the worry of getting mold makes me sleepless. Roofer only wants to come in sunny days which is hard to see the leaking problem. It is a very FRUSTRATED PROCESS. With these much money invested, THE AFTERWARD HEADACHES IS OVERHELMED.
