Poor CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Reception (ELAIN) very RUDE, ABRUPT, and TESTY. I would not recommend their service. Nick came across trustworthy at first, however his company lacks the communication-skills and timely manner in dealing with the issues on damages for the poor quality on workmanship.

His secretary can take a course on skills and communication rather than testing ppl over the phone and voicing female clients are just another "MRS JONES"...( her words- Whatever that meant )... ? Guess she was trying to insinuate something here - hmmmm.?

Exterior was all well placed - however, after a few months we have had an issue with the back placement, will try to contact EXTREME ROOFING for repairing faulty installation and hopefully they will comply in satisfying us this time around with a job complete?

Awesome Job Nick!! Nick has been very advisedly in assisting as well as his staff.
Robert with his expertise/experience has followed through in excellent majestic workmanship 100%.
Winston also in aiding with his superb talent and affective quality which is very hard to find these days.. Both were very courteous and generous all the way through.. We highly recommend Extreme Roofing for their expertise but impressive work and great quality service.. We have remained very content with the job and fully satisfied that we'd consider them again for other provided services or projects in the near future and towards friends. Nick and his staff are all very gracious and have worked very hard to please us that even some neighbors have complimented the craftsmanship. .. Thanks .. Great Job guys!~....
