I was looking for a reputable electrician to finish my service upgrade as the first guy I hired off of Kijiji didn't pull a permit and took off with my deposit. A girl from work recommended Will from Artemis Electric. He took care of the permit, didn't require a deposit and left my place cleaner then when he got there. Thanks Will!!!!
