Builders review in

We've had nothing but trouble with Montorio Homes. We are currently trying to deal with a cracked garage pad that both an indendant concret company and structural engineer attributes to poor workmanship. That's just one of the problems they refuse to deal with. We've also got a visibly bowed wall from poor framing that they told us to "put a plant in front of" instead of doing something to fix the problem. The numerous, costly problems combined with their absolutely RUDE "servie" make me cringe. If I could do it all over again, I would NEVER have chosen to build with them.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- For once- they could stop trying to pass blame and JUST FIX THE PROBLEM... and a smile and appology wouldn't hurt either!
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Do your research, including looking at peoples blogs and postings about a builder. Your going to hear the real story from people who's biggest investments are their homes. Of course the builders are going to tell you they have a good reputation- that's how they make money!
