Built with them 3 years ago and still havent gotten the first things completed from the deficiencies before moving in. They wont speak to you now or get backto you . They are supposed to be a custom home builder. Only thing custom about them is the price. And everything is very low quality unless you pay for upgrades which at this supposed level should be standard. They have the sales guy build and or repair most everythingto cut cost but still charge full price. Had framers install all our custom windows and doors that we were charged for. Which now has no warranty apparently due to that.

Terrible builder. Forgot to install in-floor heating. Didn't wrap or side exterior,then drywalled inside,rain caused water in behind drywall. Drywalled basement WHILE IT WAS FLOODED. Refused to refund deposit (We walked away because of mold concerns).
