We are very happy with the bathroom and bedroom renovation that Sharyn designed and project managed. She went through the design process with us step by step with accurate measurements and drawings taking into account our style and colour preferences. The contractor used her drawings to complete the work. She acquired all the tiles, plumbing fixtures and lighting before the project began so everything was on site ready for the contractor as the project progressed. She was on site frequently to see that everything was going as planned. The result is a beautiful bathroom and bedroom. I would highly recommend Primed By Design for anyone needing design expertise especially if undergoing a renovation.

Sharyn Kostellic of Primed by Design did a brilliant and inspired job creating a coherent whole of an enormous apartment and made a stylish, comfortable home with character and charm.

She knew instictively where to place traditional pieces as well as modern ones and her use of heritage mirrors was magnificent.

Sharyn removes the stress of where to start, where to shop, who to hire etc... She works with your ideas and then provides viable options to choose from. Sharyn prepares thorough plans and provides instructions to the contractors, to ensure a smooth renovation process.
And meetings were set up around my schedule, to minimize the amount of time I had to be away from work.

Sharyn did a plan for our basement renovation and we are very happy with her work. We wanted a designer who was willing to work for a flat rate but most designers wanted to bill us by the hour. Sharyn came out to our house right away and really listened to what we wanted. The proposal she sent us was clear and concise and she delivered exactly what we agreed on, on schedule. It was great to get help with exactly the parts of the reno we couldn't do ourselves without having to commit to doing an entire project together.
