Mona Cleaners

I asked Mona for cleaning services for my elderly mother. I was worried about introducing a service to my mother's environment and wanted to make the process okay for her. I asked specifically that I be called once the person cleaning arrived at the home as I would not be there. Mona Cleaners assured me that this would happen. This was a main criterion for hiring Mona Cleaners. I spoke to two people about this and wrote it on the work order. The person arrived but did not call and I will not be using this service again. Very disappointed.

Took two weeks to get it clean. Any harder and the paint would have scrubbed off!
