My wife and I purchased a bed, ottoman and chair from Lane Home Furnishing. We negotiated directly with the owner and got (what we thought was) a fantastic deal. Thankfully we were able to take the chair and ottoman with us because we never did receive the bed. After weeks of waiting for delivery and numerous phone calls they finally brought us one - the damaged floor model. We refused delivery and spoke with the owner - he said it was just temporary to get us through Christmas and a new bed would be delivered. After a few more weeks we learned that he wasn't able to get more stock. We asked for our deposit money back but only received part of it before they went out of business.
