Price was the best I could find for new appliances and I got Sears points. The associate that I dealt with was a little pushy and lacked in customer service. Delivery was a day late, but it didn't matter much to me.

The sales person was polite and informative. Workers arrived on time and removed and replaced with new windows. Work was completed on time and they did a great job. I would recommend them and the windows are really efficient.
