new build home heating

they did my new home heating system, and there is one room with no heating, they use different excuses refusing bring thermo scanner to check pipes in wall. so finally i hired my own inspector there is a pipe missing. they refuse to take this inspecot's evidence, refuse to come to fix. terrible terrible company.
