My house has 2 rotten post at the front entrance and few outside rotten door trim has to be fixed. Plus the railing on the second floor balcony is loose and need to make it more solid. He talked about how big of the job that he handled before and he is so experience. However, come to reality, he doesn't really know what he is doing. Totally disappointed. The job is ugly and use wrong material to fix the post. There is not much change on the balcony railing either. He just put couple pieces of left over wood to secure it. I am shock and at the same time, I have no confident to call him back to fix it. Waste my money and big mistake.
