2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service, you don't have to pay.
The part that confuses me the most is that you, "compar[ed] the actual work completed with other reputable electricians." I'm assuming, you may have called them to get a quote over the phone. We used to provide quotes over the phone a long time ago, but we found through experience that these quotes are never accurate. Some times they were high and other times they were low. All in all, they were just Guesses. That is why we only provide pricing on site and before any work is even started, so you know the exact investment.
