I am writing to express my compliments to Supreme on the service provided to me during the purchase, installation and follow up of my new Supreme Windows.
Karl Bergen responded as your sales representative faster than your competitors and at a time convenient to me. He displayed a thorough knowledge, professionalism and obvious pride in his product, as well as confidence in his endeavors to help me achieve my needs in a manner that was easy for both of us. He "held my hand" through the entire process, including calling me the night of the installation to ensure all had gone smoothly and to my satisfaction. Karl truly represents your company well, shows care and concern for his customers and I felt confident in his sense of integrity and honesty. Karl is one terrific asset!
Dave McDonald is another terrific representative on your team of definite winners, movers and shakers. He touched base with me constantly and when his crew encountered an unexpected problem not created by Supreme on site, was not only quick to respond to the call, he came out to see things were resolved quickly and properly. Dave also provides fast,friendly, professional and efficient follow up. He truly is a "make it right" person as well.
The installation crew were on time, quick to set up and made me feel absolutely no apprehension right from the start. The crew introduced themselves, and while they set up, toured the worksite rooms and reviewed the job with me. They were constant in ensuring I knew what was happening, any concerns Larry or his crew felt I should be aware of as well as being thorough in the cleanup. Like Dave, he runs a tight ship, and like Karl, he ensures the customer is included in all aspects of the job. They were friendly, pleasant, approachable and enjoyed working together as a team, with everyone helping each other and looking out for each other's(and my) safety as well. When I make my next purchases (patio doors, front entry and 2 basement windows), I can only hope that these same people are there for me.
All too often customers are quick to express dissatisfaction, and having worked in the service industry myself for 30 yrs, I fully understand and appreciate the efforts in providing superior customer service. Your entire team has proven that there still are good people out there who want to do a good, solid job and be able to walk away when it is complete knowing that they did their best and they did it right.
These people truly are deserving of notice for their skills and customer service expertise in making my experience a pleasant one.
I firmly beleive that the mark of a true leader is to pick the best people for the job and then let them get on with it, providing guidance where required, the tools to meet their needs, the support they should have without question and recompense relative to the service they provide. A short time ago, Supreme Windows (Calgary)Inc. finished a very large contract for Whippletree West Housing Co-Op, exchanging our windows (377 in all). As we are a Housing Co-Op with 60 units housing anyone from the young to the very old, and the weather was most uncertain as it was late fall, we were very concerned both about residents being cold during the installation as well as the work being finished on-time, as demanded by CMHC under our Grant Conditions.
Supreme Windows proved themselves to be the perfect professionals by 1st holding a meeting between Karl Bergen and all our resident members, in which he went through the features, benefits and structural components of the windows. He broughts in a sample window for this meeting - and this went a great deal of the way to intercept all misgivings and to answer all questions and concerns posed by our members.
After the work of exchanging all windows began, we found Supreme to be extremely well organized in notifying the office of how many teams will be on site for each day of work and exactly which units will be done on the following week. This enabled me to notify members and have them prepared for the window installation, as well as for the residents to take time off from their jobs if they wanted to be home for the installation. The teams were very proficient and did their work with a minimum amount of disruption to the occupants. The units were left clean and tidy and a minimal amount of dusting and cleaning was required after installation.
The new windows are bright, stable, beautifully functional, and make a huge impact on the appearance of our Co-Op. Everyone is extremely happy with both the product and most certainly the company which was selected to perform the work.

Karl, Once again thanks for the great service from you and your team at Supreme Windows. As recommended by you, we contacted Artur Magaj of Admiral Painting to complete the staining plus a bit of additional painting. Artur and his team are true professionals. They did their utmost to complete the job as soon as possible and to our complete satisfaction. We just wanted to thank you for our wonderful new windows. We are thrilled to bits. Thank you for all of your advice and input. Larry and Gordon did a terrific installation job. I haven't seen such hard work and quality workmanship from tradesman in many years. They were quiet, efficient, respectful and a pleasure to have in the house. Hi Karl, as you know Larry installed my back door and bathroom window. He did a super job! He is very meticulous and thorough and I was very impressed. I would like to request him for any additional installations if I can. The bathroom window with the custom stained glass looks awesome and I can finally open it! I would love to incorporate more stain glass in other windows in the future. Thanks.

Karl, you asked me today if I liked my new front door. Well, I love it. My husband asked me if I was going to sleep in bed or in the entranceway last night..ha,ha! It looks the best at dusk and sparkles like diamonds;)
