Sears Canada Inc

I ordered a stackable washer dryer from Sears at the Pinecrest Plaza Appliance Store in West-end Ottawa. The first unit they sent could not be carried up the stairs. The crew with the second unit could not install it. Sears told me that a specialist would come. A week after I returned the unit the specialist company called to arrange an appointment to install the unit. Sears had a good reputation for customer service but that is no longer the case. If the company is going to survive in Canada it will have to do a lot better.
