I used Yellow moving and storage for a move from Orillia to Toronto. The details of the move were clearly defined ahead of time and the hourly rate agreed to in advance. But after they loaded our stuff they said they needed the credit card. When they were done they charged $120.00 more than the agreed upon price. Aside from that they took nearly 3.5 hrs to get from Orillia to Toronto adding a full hour to the cost. So in the end they charged more than more reputable companies. The approach was well thought out and practiced. They don't accept Mastercard because Mastercard will withold payment. I was stupid to fall for that one.
