Went with them because I thought they would provide good service if something went wrong since they cost more... boy was I wrong. Absolutely ignored us when we called them to get somevody in to service after the heat stopped in the middle of the winter. Called them again and same result.

Would reccomend anybody else, even their installation was sub par.

Purchased a furnace from Mr Roade.Worked our fine.Then I purchased a heat pump and air purifier.The leader board died in the first few months.Was replaced.That was the beginning of a nightmare that never ended.Furnace caught fire.Heat pumped died.Had both fixed but the heat pump would work for a few weeks and die again.The heat pump has never worked for longer that a month and dies.Repair after repair.Nobody seems to be able to make this system work.If you don’t want winter and summer misery stay away from this company.

Excellent service. The service personnel were professional;l and courteous. We found that the salesman was knowledgeable and helpful. In the end the final cost was indeed the quote we received. Overall we were very satisfied.

Overpriced, under-delivered, terrible call backs, always putting the blame on someone else. Disappointing, will never use again. Tried numerous times to work with them to correct the situation to no avail.
