We have some windows that will not close properly and it is winter! Because of the drafts coming in, certain rooms are freezing cold. We have not even moved in yet and we are already seeing problems with the windows. We are missing ALL of our screens and they are refusing to provide them to us. There is also one window that has some marks on the glass and needs to be replaced - and they are not doing it. When we first placed the order they sent us a wrong window and it took them 5 months... to replace the window after many many phone calls and texts. We brought up our concerns quite a while ago and we still have not had any resolution to this problem. This company is trying to charge us extra for a window we do not have. There is a small balance that we need a refund on as well and they have yet to do so and will not go back into their inventory and accounting to see they are in the wrong.
