Trico homes built our dream home in locality of Carrington. There sales team provided all the needed information and provided some wonderful suggestion based on their experience. Big shout to their Sales and construction team for completing the house well on time.

We built our beautiful home with Trico Homes in a beautiful community of Carrington. Building a home wasnt an easy process that we thought we could take on at the beginning. Especially after COVID-19 when the market was crazy and a lot of supply shortages. However, with the right homebuilder and the right people, anything is possible. Trico Homes made our home building process possible. It wasnt without some challenges. We had some challenges early on such as, securing the lot we liked, the model of the house we selected didnt fit on the lot we picked and so on.
Erica (sales manager) and David are an amazing professionals who really care about their customers need. Despite all the challenges we faced, Erica and Dave helped us navigate through the home building process from the beginning to the end. They took our concerns seriously, answered our endless questions and provided solutions to the problems that came up during early selection process and construction stags on timely manner. After the construction of our home started, they updated us the progress at every stage of the construction. We had also an opportunity to do walkthroughs which helped us envision our expectations at the end. The construction was completed on time. Before the possession date, Trico Homes connected us with Virtuo, a small company who helped us with utility setup, garbage bins, and postal key arrangement and so on with no charge (paid by Trico Homes). The orientation and possession date went very well. Everything was on time, all utilities were setup and our move was simple. Thanks to Trico Homes.

After simply being priced out of the market in NW Calgary, my wife and I decided to look in Cochrane. The Trico show-home, with Gwenn as sales representative, was our first stop and we were immediately impressed by their designs, finish and comprehensive introduction to the Trico new-home purchasing process.
We decided on one of their quick possession spec homes and so happy we did that. The final walkthrough was a breeze and all the technical things were explained to us in detail by Keith and Peter.
There are a number of features and finishes, that came with the house, which would otherwise cost a considerable amount to add to a new build project if selected.
After living in our new Trico home for the last seven weeks, it became clear that a lot of consideration went into the design and finish. Here are a few that stand out (there are more):
- nine-foot ceiling height for the basement
- 200A electricity feed to the house (not sure if all new homes have this)
- under cabinet lighting in the kitchen
- motion sensor light switches in the mudroom, laundry and closet
- headers over all common area doors
- tankless water heating
- energy-efficient appliance selection

We are so pleased to have ended up buying a Trico home.

I got the possession of my home recently from Trico and the experience was amazing. All the representatives from Trico are so friendly and knowledgeable that the whole process of booking the house till you get the possession they are easily reachable and they explain the process so easily.

During the whole time I was constantly given updates about my home. I will suggest everyone to atleast give a try once to Trico Homes

One of the best builders made our house. We are so satisfied with everything and really live our house. Overall Trico is the best but the little bit behind in exteriors compare to other builders in our street.

My husband and I purchased a Trico home over a year ago and moved in right on time last summer. Our sales person, Gwen was wonderful and took good care of us. Everything was done on time or shortly after. Our site supervisor, Peter, addressed all our concerns and explained things to us frankly and openly. This was our first experience building a new home and we are so happy with the result.

I recently bought a investment property from Trico Homes. I am based out of Ontario but the process was so smooth with the team of Trico Homes that it doesn't feel like I was doing a long distance transaction. I never visited at the site but I was getting biweekly update of the construction progress. The project started on time and end on time without any surprises. I Highly recommend Trico Homes.
