Our experience as a first time home buyer with Trico was great. It could have been better if we minus the constructions delays but Taylor Blanchard from Trico helped us out a lot from the start till the end. Here is why we are happy with Trico and specially with Taylor;
1-) We paid a booking deposit to another builder before going with Trico, Taylor's exceptional customer service made us to switch to Trico and cancel the booking with the other builder.
2-) Trico gives a step by step update about the home construction and has a lot of building options so you can customize your home the way you want.
3-) At the end, we had issues to release the funds for the possession on time due to construction delays. Trico could have charged us around $450 per day but thanks to Taylor they didn't.
No doubt, constructing a home from scratch is not easy but I would highly recommend Taylor to anyone whose thinking about it. She will make the whole process easy so you could be a happy home buyer at the end like we are :).
