We purchased our home with Trico and moved in February 2018. We were very happy with the sales and design teams team through the first phase of the process. They provided many thoughtful and interesting ideas that make our home unique and special. Once we reached the building phase we worked with a superintendent that kept us informed and answered all of our questions through a difficult winter build. The house completion was on time and prepared for us to move in as promised. The warranty team worked with us and explained the mechanical workings of the house and warranty details. We completed
our first trades day and it went very well, the trades were on time and all the deficiencies were corrected as expected. To date we have had a great building experience.
