All the staff at Trico we dealt with have been amazing, we had a great experience from the beginning when we were looking into purchasing a place, the sales team is very knowledgeable, professional and easy going ( e.g Jordan Fretz was really great) . The design center staff, site supervisor and the warranty guys haven also made our experience very positive. Jake from warranty knows everything about houses and have provided so many tips and tricks, really thankful for that.
We 've been living in the house for almost a year now and loving it. The quality is great and love the layout. Will recommend Trico to anyone who's looking into build.
