I bought a quick possession duplex in Legacy in November 2017.
The sales team was absolutely fantastic and was extremely quick in answering all of my questions.
This is my first home purchase and I could not be happier with the experience.
The quality of finishes in my home is amazing. Even though I wasn’t able to pick any of them being a quick possession, they are all exactly what I would have chosen if given the chance.
The construction and warranty teams were very thorough during my walk through and addressed all concerns that I had immediately, though I only had maybe one or two.
I would absolutely recommend building a house with trico, my experience has been nothing short of amazing.
If I ever build a new how again, I will 100 percent build with trico again.
