We have been trying to get our new door repaired for over a year now. We have sent emails, called, contacted head office and all we get is promises to look into!
Worst customer service ever!
Picture below shows screws that went right through the door frame, back to front when replacing the first door frame that was irreparable. Now our glass is leaking and fogged during the winter.
We are at the point now, either repair, replace or refund!
Fed up!

We had to change all windows and doors on our house that was more than 20 years old. They gave us a good service and the installation went well. Although I had to call them for a minor adjustment, they came fairly quickly and corrected it to my satisfaction. A good experience overall. Sylvie
