Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors

I have bought a new house 3 years ago. The front door has been a issue since the first day.
I have had the builder ( gold park ) and jeld went out here multiple times!!!
The door doesn’t work correctly and now the door only after 3 years is splitting.

I have contacted jeld-wen and they have said that I am out of warranty and need to call some one to fix it or replace it.

They don’t stand behind their products and they don’t honour their warranty.

Don’t buy anything from them as they are not honouring their warranty and build quality is garbage.
