This is my second Air Conditioner that Russ has installed for us. He is very honest and a pleasure to deal with. We were very pleased with the installation and how clean everything was done. Bow Home confort Heating and Cooling System

After Russ and Andrew, father and son team came to assess our Furnace, they gave a quote, and price agreeable. I text them that I would be free Tuesday April 9 from morning up to 3:30. They called me that they will start working before 8:30am. On that Tuesday about 8:30 they showed up in front of our door.
I opened the door and they start laying dripped cloth to protect the floor, till close to the Furnace located in the basement. They worked with no hesitation and precise operation in team work manner, dismantling the old Furnace, all the tools line uo in the right spot. In with the metal work, and like the work of magicians, by 1:45pm they tested the Furnace.. run like a charm .. quite.. Goodman GMEC96 series.. temp reached 21deg C....

The house is warm and quite, thanks to the Father and Son team... Russ and Andrew Bow... keep up a great job...

Igniter on Furnace

He broke two ignitors trying to replace my ignitor and spent too much time on it. 3 months later the ignitor broke again. He said there was no warranty and I had to pay him MORE money to ask him to come and get it fixed. He said that he would come to take a look but never came. Terrible service. I would recommend if you want to get ripped off.

Company Response: There obviously was a misunderstanding as to when I was coming by to fix your 25 year old furnace that I repaired 6 months ago. When we spoke on Saturday afternoon I mentioned that I didn't have an igniter in stock and that I would pick one up Monday morning and come by to check it out. Monday morning I picked one up but I noticed your review on Google and it appears that you had it repaired already. I'm glad the igniter that I installed 6 months ago worked great through the winter that was brutally cold at times and I do feel that there could be another issue with your furnace since it is 25 years old and l wanted to check out that out Monday morning as well. I did check with the manufacturer of the universal igniter and they said that it was past its warranty period but I was still willing to work something out with you.

Furnace and air conditioner installation

Russ and Andrew were fantastic from start to finish. They came out to the house in advance to help us select the right equipment for our home and took the time to explain exactly what we needed and why they were recommending what they did. When installation day came, things went very smoothly. They took the time to put drop sheets throughout the house where they would be walking and treated our home as if it was their own. When they were done, you almost would not have known they were there as they did extensive cleanup in the basement around the worksite. After the install was complete, they took the time to teach us about our furnace and air conditioner to make sure we were comfortable using it so we could get the most out of our investment. A great experience all around and I would recommend them to anyone. A special tip for pet owners, Russ and Andrew are fantastic with pets so you don't need to worry about keeping your fur babies locked away while the work is being done.

Excellent. Gave Us advice. Used materials up to City Bylaw. Activated Warranty. Cause the least possible cuts on ceilings when installing exhausting pipe to outside of our home. Thanks Ross and Andrew.
