He broke two ignitors trying to replace my ignitor and spent too much time on it. 3 months later the ignitor broke again. He said there was no warranty and I had to pay him MORE money to ask him to come and get it fixed. He said that he would come to take a look but never came. Terrible service. I would recommend if you want to get ripped off.

There obviously was a misunderstanding as to when I was coming by to fix your 25 year old furnace that I repaired 6 months ago. When we spoke on Saturday afternoon I mentioned that I didn't have an igniter in stock and that I would pick one up Monday morning and come by to check it out. Monday morning I picked one up but I noticed your review on Google and it appears that you had it repaired already. I'm glad the igniter that I installed 6 months ago worked great through the winter that was brutally cold at times and I do feel that there could be another issue with your furnace since it is 25 years old and l wanted to check out that out Monday morning as well. I did check with the manufacturer of the universal igniter and they said that it was past its warranty period but I was still willing to work something out with you.
