We built almost 2 years ago and have to say how happy we are with our home and all the work that everyone at Sterling put into our home. We wanted so many changes and they delievered the best they could. They allowed us to to make as many changes with our home as we wanted and always gave us 110% with everything we needed (and we were needy). We had wonderful people in Sage Hill @ Sterling Turning our vision for our new home into exactly what we wanted. Anna, Kari, Rex.. Thank you!!

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Sterling allows you to change EVERYTHING in your home, the problem is that it is hard to comminicate how to change it the same way you see it in your head. Maybe some more floor plan variations to show people?
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Sterling is fantastic but just be prepaired to spend some time making sure that your changes are understoood by all the areas involved in building your house. They will do their best to get you what you want but if you change something, it could cause issues with something else, and there is just so much to remember that you may not always be on the same page. Appreciate that they are willing to do what you want, most builders wont.
