We had the annual service inspection for our furnace, air conditioner and humidifier completed this year by Travis Day.
He was very thorough, knowledgeable, personable, tidy and very respectful of our house.
Thanks to Travis Day and McKinley for another great year of service.

I was very impressed with the professionalism & expertise shown by Mike/Brandon in there work as well as knowledge of their products , and explanation of my requirements going foreword.

Travis Day was very professional, efficient and tidy with Air Conditioning Service and changing the furnace filter. Instruction on regular maintenance to ensure best operation was provided using clear and concise communication.

Mike Krill from McKinley is easy to deal with, very thorough a real pro. I had a few quotes and Mike's presentation was the difference and deciding factor.
The installation went very smoothly, the technicians were courteous, real professionals, and took the time to review the simple operation of the new system.

Here is the punch line from a joke. "If you got the best equipment, you gotta treat em right".
For anyone thinking, should I or should I not.... when it comes to your Furnace and AC (your equipment), give them a happy life...
We just had our AC and Furnace tuned up and cleaned by Justin. Nice kid. Took his time and did it right. If you check in once and a while and ask the service experts questions, you know when some one knows their stuff. Just ask a few questions and learn. They do know what they are doing. JustDon

Had a few quotes done but the service level provided by Mike from McKinley was top notch. He really made us comfortable with the process and what to expect. The installation crew was very professional, courteous and proficient. They were even able to fix our humidifier at no extra charge.

Our furnace wasn't working, house became quite chilly. Josh arrived promptly, checked things out. He had to make several trips to get the correct parts. He was so professional and understanding. We so appreciated him taking the time to get our furnace up and running again!!! Josh was excellent!!!
