Aaron and Alex arrived at the quoted time. They were very friendly and answered any questions that I had. A thorough check was done on my furnace and hot water heater. I have been a customer with McKinley for over ten years and have always had prompt and efficient service. Highly recommended.

My mother-in-laws hot water tank was on its last legs. We called McKinley to come take a look. They fixed the problem but due to the age, advised we consider a new one. Called them on Monday for a quote and the job was done on Tuesday. They were in and out in 2 hours and left the house just as clean as when they got there. Great work by Vince and Jordan. As a Armour Plus Member, I received at no charge service on the same day I called regarding my leaking humidifier. Kyle the technician was very knowledgeable and thorough with troubleshooting and fixing the problem.

when my old furnace went down I called McKinley in Edmonton and they were fully helpful from start.In 2 hours they come to my house and when we found that I need new furnace because mine was already 20 years old Rhonda help me to choose new one and let me use for 3 days their electrical heaters. On third day 2 technician Fredie and Melchor installed my new furnace and hot water tank and I can honestly say that they did really good and professional job. I would recommended this company and their service technicians to everybody

I called McKinley because my furnace stopped working. Tanner came by after getting the call, and did a thorough check of the furnace. He quickly identified the root cause of issue, and replaced the malfunction gas valve. Tanner also helped to fix the water leaking issue from the furnance very professionally. I really appreciate Tanners work and will definitely recommend to anyone who has heating issue.

McKinley will always be my first choice for home heating needs. They're a bit more expensive than other companies however their product, quality & speed of service and workmanship are incomparable.

My furnace stopped working for 2 days and I phoned Mckinley. An on call technician by the name of Steve was scheduled to check my furnace and he identified immediately the root cause of the problem. A million thanks to Steve and the company for providing an excellent service.

Report made on Tuesday October 11 that Hot Water Tank was not functioning (had stopped functioning on Saturday, October 8 - a long weekend and unable to contact anyone!!) . First appointment I could get was for October 17. Repairman arrived "to do repairs" but did not arrive to do a replacement. Fortunately, Alex was able to quickly arrange for a new water tank to be delivered and successfully completed the work in a timely manner. He stated he was astounded that the Company would leave me without hot water for a week. I cannot praise and thank Alex enough!! I would recommend office staff be better prepared to respond to client concerns
