Not impressed with the techs from Divine. The first one came over to get a squeaking floor fix but we noticed the squeak start up after a few days. Another set of tech came over not knowing that their had been an initial attempt to get the floor fixed by their colleague. As soon as I informed him, he showed some reluctant not wanting to "rub his colleague under the bus". He also advised us against using swifter on the floor but I informed him that the defects existed before we took possession of the house. He left saying that they might come back later to do the repairs. To my surprise the office called referring to the damage as a flood damaged. I tried explaining things to the office but they mentioned they will only take what their tech says. They never even tried to carryout an investigation.
They just showed that customer's satisfaction comes last on their company objectives/ policies.
Spoke to the neighbours and discovered that many of them also have similar issues with the floors installed by Divine.
