Service was amazing, even a plan was developed for the customer's convenience! The staff was really nice especially Sam who helped us organize everything and discussed with us the logistics of our refurnishing. We got everything we were looking for. We are very happy with the quality and the price of all furniture that we bought. Not only is it comfortable but also very aesthetically pleasing to look at. On the delivery day, everything was brought in fast and efficiently. Great job!

If you have a problem with anything, contact Mrs. Singh. She does go to China, U.S., and India to purchase product and can be gone for weeks. If that is the case, ask to talk to her son or daughter.

I only visited once but can't honestly say that I will go back. I was looking for a couch to fit in my tiny condo and found the salespeople to be quite pushy. The furniture in stock wasn't too appealing either to be honest. The store has good potential, but I wasn't too happy with it!

These are the worst people on Canadian soul. I bought a mattress in 2011 from fair deal furniture. First of all the delivery was not on time and when I received it mattress was deshaped. I told the management about it and also send them the pictures. They started using cheap delaying methods.they are the worst customer service and told me that their owner is in India and we will let you know when he will come back. I will recommend that never buy anything from these no professionals.
