My washing machine was leaking water, and not cycling
I called the people at Lincoln Appliance Repair, because of their
solid reputation, and their honesty, and fairness, and the way they treat their customers.
I found all of this to be true, from when I called for a appointment,
to the Service Technician, I was treated Fairly, and with respect!
What more can you ask for?
I recommend you call them, for "ANY APPLIANCE REPAIR",

The tech was swearing and made a big mess worked for 3 hours and 15 minutes the company quoted me and said he would be there for half the day. They charged me $640 for 3 hours 15 minutes just for labour all the parts were covered under warranty from Samsung I complained to the office and they said it is what it is . So I went in person to the store and talked to a manager and they still did nothing .
I had a problem with my new front loading washer because I was so pleased with the previous service of this company I called them back. We had quite a collection stuck in our drain not to mention a broken pump. Once again it was same day fix.
The light on a very expensive range hood worked intermitently. One electrician came to look at it and said he couldn't fix it. Another suggested we replace the thing but it must have cost thousands of dollars (previous owner had installed it). Thankfully, Lincoln Appliance sent someone for a reasonably charged estimate who was able to order the part and repair it. We can now see what we're cooking.
