Bought a washer and dryer from Leon's and service was great. Got it home and the hose that was sent with the washer had a hole in it and it leaked all over our basement. Leon's did not have another hose. We had to call LG and they told us it would take a couple of weeks. After much insistence and escalation through the ranks my husband managed to get them to courier one to us which took a few days. Since then we have found out this unit does not have hot water which is a known problem. LG service is very inflexible and we will have to wait until our schedules will fit theirs to have it repaired. Happy with the product very dissatisfied with the service.
